Stays of less than 7 nights have £60/$100 surcharge.
When booking we require a non-refundable deposit (should you cancel your booking) of £100/$200 per week or part week.
Refundable security deposit £150/$300 per booking, which is returned following inspection by Management Company. Balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival.
Cot and high chair available at no extra cost.
